Why there is less in Northern Mexico? More evenly mixed or what?

Because you find alot just in Jalisco which has a pop 8 million. Jalisco is in west-central Mexico. Jalisco has the most castizos in Mexico.
Nuevo Leon has the most castizos in northern Mexico.

Actually I thought about Zacatecas and Guanajuato when I mentioned northwest Mexico. I know they are more like kind of west central states, but are like half way between Mexico city and Northwestern Mexico properly speaking (Sonora, Aguascalientes, Chihuahua, etc) and I mentally encompass them within the Northwestern quadrant of the country. I know it might be wrong, but is how I mentally project it when thinking of the Mexican map.

In that case (checking at the Mexican map as I'm doing right now) we could say that the country gets more Euro/euro mestizo beginning in the "line" formed by the states of Jalisco, Guanajuato, and San Luis de Potosi and up north of that "line" (without denying that Jalisco has more castizos than northern states). Correct me if I'm wrong.

Guanajuato and San Luis Potosi are more balanced mestizo states with many castizos, harnizos in the middle upper class and wealthy.

These are considered El Bajio " West-central Mexico'

    https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/El_Baj..._(M%C3%A9xico)

The whole classification system is more about look than actual genetic right ? I mean you settled that castizo is around 80% euro but I presume it can be lower or bigger depending of traits.
