You should probably get to that weight first before you start claiming something you have not seen in a while. It would help your argument. You’re going to hold weight differently on your body now than when you did when you were 18.

Independent of gender, men and women vary based on age, height, ethnicity, etc.

I think it was poor language to say that women are supposed to be a certain weight. I’m certain you believe they should be shorter than men as well, but I am almost 6 foot tall.
