What does it feel like to be low body fat?

I'm asking people who are genuinely lean( not just skinny). I have never been lean in my life. Does it feel as though you're light as a feather ? You can walk on air? Does clothing feel weird ? Also do you feel unusually cold sometimes, even in warm weather ? What is it like, in general?

For me I wouldn't say I feel like a feather because I still weight about 100-110kg, probably more than you do.

Does it feel like your body is a weird kind of cyclops ? In the winter time, how do you deal with cold ? I'm about 70 lbs overweight and I'm freezing if it's below 60 degrees

I been both.

Low bodyfat = more energetic, higher sex drive, can actually see my pump when I workout in the gym and get a super veiny v taper body. It just feels like your a erect veiny penis walking around it’s a good feeling. But too low bodyfat (below 10 percent) is when I start feeling lethargic and actually get the opposite effect. Right now I’m pretty fat I’m coming down from 300 pounds at 25 percent bodyfat. I already feel better at 270 240-250 will feel amazing for me.

300 lbs at 25% is impressive. You must be pretty tall and muscular.

I wouldn’t say I’m super muscular looking. I just look like a wide body basketball player but yeah I’m almost 6’5

At 6'5 your ideal weight is probably 240 lbs. I'm 5'10.5 but the Dr said 200 lbs would be right for me.
