He's got ancestry from the Canary Islands though, so he's got more admix than the percentages in the screenshot show.

But yes he's likely to get mistaken as a Latino in Spain, especially in big cities where there are plenty of them.

What your DNA shows vs what you have inherited can be different. There are also many spaniards who look much more african in ancestry due to the presence of the arabs and berbers in the south. I think he would pass in Spain. Also the lighting plays a role and that picture most likely doesn't give him any credit. I'm 83% European but I'm much more pale than him with colored eyes so results vary.

Whoever has been to Spain can confirm he only passes as Gypsy or Paki immigrant or MAYBE atypical Moroccan. Anyway, remember that Romanian girl I posted recently looking virtually 100% Turanid? I very much doubt her parents were anywhere that level: probably they looked like normal Romanians. Sometimes people can look like 5% of their ancestry!

He can "pass as Gypsy" but he is not, and doesnt pass with certainity only as Gypsy, that would make no sense except if you believe he is a gypsy or why would he look so specifically gypsy? He can pass as many things, and doesnt look typically white, but he is fully or close to fully iberian. Majority of Iberians score some 5% Northafrican and 1-3% SSA.

I think that many Iberians can look like him. Obviously not all but maybe 10% of ethnic Iberians. Even some in this forum look as exotic as that guy and they are Iberians.
