From a nationalist perspective having one ancient warrior alongside your soldiers is a hell of a good moralising technique, but Scythians were the ancient world's caravan robbers. They were high on cannabis and sold their slaves for more funky golden animal art.
Russians were on their last legs in Afghanistan. After that, they lost to a bunch of illiterate Chechens in Grozny and were forced to rebuild their entire military. They have more prototype shit (AI tanks, robots, exoskeletons, mind-control machines, even satellite with nukes) but none of them actually work.

We can say that there are no winners in the Cold War, mutual annihilation has taken place. The lack of competition between global projects has reduced the quality of human material at all levels.
We already see - "the Titanic incident", this is when no one believes in the inevitable, because of internal dogmas, although from the point of view of objective reality (iceberg) this belief is "nothing". Let me remind you of the main phases:

3. Everyone believed that the ship tilt that had begun was not scary and the Titanic would stay afloat, everyone would be saved and the main thing was not to panic. The orchestra plays (complacency as a defensive reaction against panic).
4. The lower decks began to flood, where the lower classes (rednecks and the vast generation of pubic hairdressers) awaited their fate and a terrible mass howl began there (the beginning of panic and revaluation of values).
And ahead of us is mass panic, shooting, bestiality, the struggle for boats and means of rescue, the flight of the ship's crew and the personal courage of individuals (this is a catastrophic result, where the accumulated gold turns into dust and garbage on the ocean bottom).
Moreover, all fatal (final) events developed like an avalanche, this is about the fact that the flooding of the first 40% of the ship lasted for hours, and the flooding of the remains (60%) was only 40 minutes!

We're currently watching the Titanic 2.0 show, and we can do just fine without the cloned Scythians.
