She looks maybe more borreby subnordid, her traits seem a bit dark featured for Baltid and in general more western featured, she looks Beneluxian.

Unlike Baltids shorter faced, because lacks the Nordic admix, otherwise fits the bill of the infantilized Borreby

nope, it's when she smiles. but it can be nothing. I don't find her particularly Western looking, rather neutral looking, wouldn't be surprised if she was Dutch or Hungarian
