Too much Im sure. And I should leave out the candies and sweets. I think it is too much sweets. I usually eat once a day when my mum cooks, she cooks once a day, but I ate 3 bowls of it. Like she makes schnitzel I eat 3 schnitzel. And in morning I sometimes eat a sandwich, only in the evening I snack fruits, and dont eat anything else.

Drink a lot of water, have you considered fasting? There is a great app Fasting Tracker & Intermittent Fast. You can select from various programs and eat/snack only on schedule following the app. And ofc keep working out like you do

You need to find a comprise when it comes to sweets. I usually buy dark chocolate with 85% coccoa sweetened with stevia. It is sweet to me, but not to many people, but still it is way sweeter than ordinay 85% dark chocolate but they are expensive. Instead of sweets you could also use Dr. Oetker oats+chia with chocolate/coccoa. There are ones with reduced sugar (11g of sugar in 100g) and with large amount of fiber coming from both oats and chia (chia has 33 grams of fiber in 100g) which would make you fuller.
Once you decide to cut down on sugar and salt and after some time you will notice that things you before found not that sweet and salty are now very sweet and salty. But you need to earn that with self control. And then something relatively healthy can become also sweet.
And about exercise. When people say they exercise a lot doesn't mean they do. What someone thinks is relative. You just need to want it.
In the OP you said that you don't know what to do, but you obviously know what to do. It is just that you lack the self control and will power, thanks primarily to your state of depression. But many people were in your position and managed to climb the hole they fell in. You just need to find something to hold on to, find some goal in your life. Have some look at the future and do some serious self-critism.

Just eat less and excersise more, losing weight is not rocket science. I suspect your reason to eat too much is psychological, I've been there too.
