She could easily be mistaken as hapa where I live, especially the last few pics.

Her brother definitely reminds me of Florin Salam and Jador. I wouldn't believe she's a gypsy but her brother I might think he is.

From Turkic people that came here throughout more than a thousand years (starting with Huns, ending with Tatars). This girl looks proper West Siberian while the one I posted previously looks more elegant (closer to Sinid): I think both types existed in old Turkics (but this girl's phenotype was more dominant).

they're not common but they are not rare either, I had some people looking somehow "Asian" on all workplaces and as colleagues in school, it's ckear such types pop every here and there in Romanians, a low but constant percentage

If you've noticed, they follow a pattern of Turkic migrations: most common in steppe regions such as Southern Moldova (incl. Republic) and Baragan but found elsewhere as well (lowest concentration in Banat). If Turks have it at 15%, as some claim, I would say we should have it at 5% (roughly speaking Turanid types occur three times less than among Turks)

Weird how her siblings look south Euro/MENA while she looks completely different.

Like others have said, Pecheneg stronk. Needs to be airlifted out of Paleo land and separated from the family immediately.
The Guanche skulls as a whole are unlike those of modern European Mediterraneans, and resemble northern European series most closely, especially those in which a brachycephalic element is present, as in Burgundian and Alemanni series.
divided them into clearly differentiated types, which include a Mediterranean, a Nordic, a "Guanche," and an Alpine. The "Guanche" accounts for 50 per cent of the whole on the four islands of Teneriffe, Gomera, Gran Canaria, and Hierro; the Nordic for 31 per cent, the Mediterranean for 13 per cent, and the Alpine

This girl's parents didn't listen to their parents.
