Cumans have been described as people with blond hair and green or blue eyes. The very name "cuman" would mean this.
The real Turanian influence comes from the Pechenegs, who lived in Central Asia while the Cumans were in the north of the Pechenegs.

Not many Romanians look like this, those types are just overrepresented on this forum probably because members find them more interesting to post for classifications.

If she's from Transylvania, much easier to explain her look with Hungarian admixture btw. This is not central Asian look, but Khanty/Mansi shifted. So I bet on some Magyar admix.

Being Romanian, walking on the street I can say that there are days when 1/20 Romanians have this phenotype. Sometimes less, sometimes more.

They consider themselves Romanian, but most of their entourage are gypsies. Their father is a shepherd and probably ethnic Romanian, but their mom looks like the typical Bashkir Romanian
