German is a bit unfair in that context, as it is meant to be efficient and non melodic. That can change through the use of dialects though. I`ll include a self spoken example of the typical Rhineland dialect for that matter.

I do know some Romanian: one of my best friends married one and I met several of her friends and relatives, and atm I am training some Romanians in an Interpreting course.

I also thought of people who appreciate something more efficient than something melodic. I really like German, a 1 hour discussion in another language could only take 10 minutes in German
