If the many worlds interpretation is real, that in and of itself would make it likely that some sort of intelligence is responsible for the creations of this universe. It's more likely for a universe capable of supporting life to be created by intelligent life than to occur by random chance, thus one would expect most universes to be the result of the actions of a "god". Do I have faith in any of the human fantasies though? No.
