Nope.
Black music came from European gospel music and European brass band (crappy offshoots of classical music).
Most of it was really white music with black influences. The one thing that black people brought to the west that was wholly different was their conceptions of drumming and rhythms. Many places in West Africa employ polyrhythms or polyphony which was quite rare in western music.
In Africa the highest forms of music were just banging drums in different manners. There was no such thing as melody or harmony in Africa.

In the 19th century, African slaves started to play white instruments. This was especially pronounced after the Civil War and the Spanish-American War once blacks could join the army. They would get positions in marching bands and learned how to play various brass and woodwind instruments. They then incorporated this and mixed it with their traditional rhythms.
Anyone who knows jazz remembers the days of Artie Shaw or Glenn Miller where jazz was all about white orchestras, they all point out to the later days of Trane or Davis but even by then people like David Sanborn were just absolutly bringing shit to levels where blacks just sit there and pout.

Black people are the best at making music to party to. The only comparable European genre is EDM, while black/afro-descendant people have rap, dancehall and nearly every latino genre with international appeal

They are certainly the best in some musical genres, but not all. In addition, every human being on earth has different tastes. Instead, I can say that they are among the best, sometimes reaching the 1st place, then decreasing to the 2nd, 3rd or 4th or 5th, then rising again to the 1st, then decreasing, then rising. They are balanced in terms of music <3

Yes, they are. Modern music from rock to electronic music is heavily influenced by them. But at the same time they are one of the main cause of degeneracy of today music. Especially this is seen in US via hip hop/rap/ghetto culture.
