Yeah but it has a lot of Jews and Northern Middle Easterners - more than the Midlands cities do in fact.

Also, that is the figure for Leeds local authority area, which includes very White rural areas such as Pudsey, Elmet and Rothwell. The Leeds urban area is a different matter entirely.
