Least- Cono Sur countries
I was going to vote for Puerto Rico as the most influenced. But it's a USA territory and not a country proper. People seem to forget this. Of course they are going to have a deep influence.

In all senses they are the most different to USA.
Puerto Rico, because they are literally part of the US.
The least might be Paraguay, but the Andean states (Bolivia, Peru, etc) in general qualify.
Yeah, I was going to edit and add Bolivia and Peru. And I also put Paraguay in parenthesis (as a cono sur country) at first but then changed my mind and removed it.

Not only Paraguay and Andean ones in my opinion.
Classic american Joe don't even know the existence of Argentina and Uruguay.
Don't forget the Simpsons charter which Homer mistaken Uruguay by "Urgay".
It was an irony which describes this.
But it doesn't mean they are not cultured, but that that area is quite unknown for them.

I notice Southern Coners seem to be European shifted, specially towards the UK (even Argentina, despite the Malouines spat).
