Having said what I said, interracial relationships are certainly gaining acceptance among British Asians too - especially among middle-class British Indians - but this could open a whole Pandora's Box of its own. After all, it could well be the case that the more aspirational and affluent South Asians will mostly seek White(r) partners (and subsequently have White(r) children). In short, the tyranny and primacy of ethnocentrism may well give way to the tyranny and primacy of colourism.
