But it's also important to seek support Luso and to try to comprehend that many of the turmoil you go through is self induced by your mind for some reason. Talk to your parents and seek treatment with a specialist.

Ok, listen. Here's what you need to do, from another man that is around the same age as you. Listen to my advice and genuinely consider it.

First off, spend less time on the internet. I can tell that you have a lot of these ideas because of how toxic people on the internet have made you feel. They are like a bucket of crabs that will constantly try to drag you back in, and your current utter lack of confidence is the biggest turn off that there is. I don't care if you actually are ugly, the more that you let your perceived ugliness weigh on your personality, the less likely it is that you will find a date. Trust me. Danny Devito was married for over 30 years, and he's a manlet with a not too good-looking face that's fat. If he can do it, so can you.

Secondly, personality absolutely does matter. I can make myself an example of this. I've always been considered attractive, and never had any real issue finding women. But I used to be extremely awkward and lacked confidence. Even though they were attracted to me, they would try to end things after just a little while because of my self-loathing at that time. I have grown from that and gotten better, and so should you. Personality absolutely makes a massive difference, don't ever let idiots on the internet tell you that it means nothing. You don't necessarily need to be social either, if that isn't your thing, you just have to be confident and not afraid. I am still not a very social person because I just don't want to be, and I probably never will be, even though I am very confident and not afraid at all now. I am also short, if that means anything to you, I'm like 5'6 and it was never even a factor for me.

Thirdly, you gotta keep going to the gym anyway bro. Keep at it and increase your lifts linearly every week. And remember that dieting is half the battle too, don't underestimate the importance of eating well. I don't care if your proportions are like that of a gray alien, would you rather them be flabby and useless weird proportions or muscular and well-rounded weird proportions? The answer should be obvious.
