Wasn't there a guy from Quebec who literally said that US healthcare system is better than the Canadian one?

I have been waiting for 3 Months for an urgent appointment at a specialist, my appointment would have been today but I was called and told that the doc wasn't there today and that my appointment had to be cancelled. The Women on the phone then proceeded to tell me that she could give me another appointment sometime in September maybe, so in another three months from now. I have to wait half a year for an appointment, nice job "soziale Marktwirtschaft". The state is screwing us over, while people who have private insurance probably wouldn't have to wait a week or two for an appointment. In Germany you have to fulfill certain criteria to be able to get private insurance.
