I do not have time explain it I think it can differ somewhat on how good looking the woman is and what kind of body shape she has, in my personal experience, but at its most reduced state it should be kind of obvious. If jerking off is a McDonald's Hamburger than real sex is sirloin steak etc...

Hmm, difficult to answer. It is like trying to describe what a color looks like or something, jaja idk. The same woman can feel different at different times, depending on energy or arousal level, position, hydration level, etc. Emotional state and sexual activity affect each other, but not in a fixed manner or degree.
