Creative work could help you feel useful and value your ability/cpacity.

You also don't have to write the best novel of the century to begin with, but you can start, for example, by writing short stories for your daughter, even illustrating them, or short stories for a more adult audience etc ...

Or any other creative work of your interest or your taste, in which you think you can do well. I think you have the necessary capacity at least to propose it to yourself.

Thank you very much for your advice, it's much more inspiring than producing "cleaning tips", as another member suggested... I'm not sure I'd be able to imagine interesting stories, but you are right, writing may relieve my soul.

You might show some, lets say -extended- symptoms of ppd, im not sure though. Namely -worthlessness and -low self-esteem, as i think i see in you -maybe. If you feel emotionally depressed, i recommend you to seek treatment. Because untreated long-term depression is dangerous and can cause more severe problems."

What do you mean by success? Getting a lot of followers and likes from stranger people? If so, I don't think it's a good thing.

I haven't really interacted with you, but I wouldn't base your self worth off of the validation (or lack thereof) you receive on an internet forum. Carry yourself with dignity and self respect, and people will treat you with respect. Our self esteem is built upon setting goals and achieving them, so just set a small goal, cleaning your room or eating healthy whatever, do that everyday and your confidence will grow. Do things by yourself without anyone else, little and big things, and really all sorts of other things in between that you do without anyone else. Write each down as you finish them, and build this collection on a list. You may have learned the thought patterns that lead you to think this way when you were a child. The need to seek validation outside of yourself is a learned trait, but you can unlearn it! Because it only takes 6-8 weeks to change your brain. Try an affirmation that reminds you of this for that amount of time and see what changes. Also, consider some of the people who are around you may have behaviors that may amplify these feelings.
