    Default Portuguese colonials from Africa

    A lot of portuguese people alive today were born in Africa. Until 1974 Angola, Mozambique, Guiné-Bissau, Cape Verde and São Tomé e Principe used to be portuguese territory.

    I'm not aware of books about this specific subject. I did a quick search and most books i saw seem to be a criticism on colonialism like for example this one:

    Are these retornados counted as African immigrants or not? Because in Britain, both White and Black South Africans, Zimbabweans, Kenyans etc. are classified as foreigners and only told apart by their ethnic group, as far as the Census and other stats are concerned.

    No because these people came back in the 70s. Even if they were considered foreign then they certainly aren't now.

    The last guy i posted i think is considered somewhat foreign though. He didn't return and is a mozambican citizen. Also speaks in a african accent.
