Than you should be happy small country like Croatia with no automotive history at all can make such a sensational car and turn in into serial production (which ofcourse will be small due to high cost of the car)
Their next project are robotic taxis in Zagreb, should be first in Europe and introduced until 2023 (I'm not so thrilled about this however....)

It shows world class things can be made and done not only in richest countries of the world.
