Expound upon 'the except East Asians' please.

A country such as Japan has less income disparity than the USA so saying ' A countries wealth' is misleading because trickle down economics is bullshit.

A Chad is an anti-intellectual barbarian American concept.

American chads go to war against the Chinese :
