Default Which is your favourite railway station in your country?

Mine is probably Reading, located in the town where I was born and is a major junction.

Rio does have trains, too. However I never went there, so...

Plus, trains here in Brazil are mostly for metropolitan service, hardly going to other regions - exceptions are Cargo Trains. Estação da Luz is a major hub in central São Paulo, as the more modern Brás Station or Barra Funda Station:

This is a small and older station in Santos:

Not my favourite as I like smaller tucked-away stops, but an example of a typical late Victorian Australian railway station, in Maryborough, Vic. It also has a museum.

It's quite large for the size of the town (8k people), the tale I was told when I used to go there as a kid was that it was meant for the larger town of Maryborough in Queensland, but was mistakenly assembled here. Probably not true

Some nice little stops on the Puffing Billy and Walhalla narrow-gauge tourist lines, here in Victoria.

Lots of nice ones. Reading is up there but since you’ve said it I’ll say York.
