I think from my own experience I would say Lebanese Muslims usually produce the " light crusader look" compared to the Christian counterparts who look east med / assyroid / armenoid / asiatic alpine. Also, if anyone is inbred it's Lebanese. Have you seen the size of population compared to its land mass? Whereas Turks are quite diverse and the size of land mass is significantly larger than the whole Levant region let alone Lebanon .
