In Dalmatian hinterland there are some Muslim sounding surnames among both Serbs and Croatians. Some of them are from Muslims who stayed in Dalmatia in late 17th century when Ottomans are expelled and converted on Orthodoxy and Catholicism, and some are created from turcisms and their ancestors were not Muslims.
Kursula family is branch of Drobnjak tribe.

Similarities of names of some so called Illyrian tribes with some modern Serbian surnames is reality (Deretini - Deretić, Deuri - Deura, Vardaei - Varda, Ceraunii - Ćeranić, Mazaei - Mazalica).
This linguistic connection doesn't exist between Illyrian tribes and modern Albanian surnames.
Another example, Illyrian tribe Labeates from Skadar region and Serbian/Montenegrin surname Labović
