I clearly said except a minority in lower Nubia (egyptians themselves depicted nubians from the land of Wawat as different). The kulubnarti samples a clearly not representative of all of Nubia and studies are clear about the fact that nilotes were much more common in the north than today (I think it was in the Dobon et. al 2015 but I'm not sure). If these nilotes were that rare they wouldn't have been represented that much and so accurately also the kingdom of Kush was obviously ruled by nilotes.
