I'm half Northeastern Russian (Kirov oblast but no minority ancestry) and half Belorussian/Polish.

Where is your Northern friend from? Do you have his Gedmatch by chance? It's more interesting than this thing.

Where is your Northern friend from? Do you have his Gedmatch by chance? It's more interesting than this thing.

He is from Ukraine, but at least half of his family from North Russia (5% of non-euro, this is not a central Russian or ukrainian result). He looks supernordic (because of strong finno-ugric influence)

It is not a big deal, they are all slavs with strong finno-ugric unfluence, my friend is an example of a typical northern Russian.

Well, Pskov is quite different from Arkhangelsk for example. I just wanted to know the oblast(s).
