Why do Europeans wish they could be Turkish?

Honestly, Turks ran Europeans for centuries. If certain measures never took place in Vienna with crappy weather and other unfortunate luck for the Austrians I am more then positive Ottomans would have stormed all of Europe. I am proud of Turkish heritage, why can't Europeans accept they are beneath us?

The initial siege of Vienna started on 14th of July 1683. On that day, Ottoman troops numbered about 170k, while Viennese troops + volunteers about 16k in total. And yet the Ottomans could not take Vienna in almost two months, before the cavalry arrived. If the roles were reversed (i.e. 170k Viennese/Austrians had attacked an Ottoman city defended by 16k people), had the Viennese/Austrians in that scenario not taken the Ottoman city in at most 2 days (48 hours), at the news that it had taken them longer than that to take the city, I would have reacted the same way Frieza reacted in Dragon Ball Z in either one of Vegeta's flashback or was it in the Bardock movie, can't really remember exactly where since I watched DBZ ages ago, at the news that it took the saiyans 3 days to capture a planet, and then he asked his henchmen (Dodoria and Zarbon) how much it would have taken them to capture that planet, to which Zarbon I think replied that at most one day.

Also, bear in mind that the Ottomans were so successful in their conquests through Europe because of one factor. In pretty much almost every nation they encountered all the way to Vienna, there were traitors who welcomed the Ottomans. Take for instance Radu the Handsome from Romania, or other such janissaries from Serbia, from Bulgaria etc. If they had not betrayed their countries, you Ottomans would not have had any success even beyond East Balkans at best.

European's can't want to be their master's though. That is the thing they are below us Turks, they will never be what we are. Pretty sure Turkey could round for round most countries in Europe with the exception Russia and UK.
