Hitler was furious when Belgrade refused to join axis, thus he bombed Belgrade in 6th april 1941, and occupied whole Yugoslavia, and releised his faithfull dogs Croats, Bosniaks and Albanians who commited genocidal crimes against SErbs in WW2.
He despised these nations, but tolerated them because he need support in west Balkans.
Only respected Serbs as dominant people on west Balkans, but Serbs would never accept his nazi ideology.

United States Holocaust Memorial museum and Yad Vashem claimed: Serbs joined the axis and Serbs were faithul dogs to Hitler, even Hitler claimed them as subhuman unlike there surounding neighbours. Serbs see this and still cant accept it.

He concluded that there was no point in fighting against the Germans, that his focus should be on the fate of Yugoslavia after the war, and that his true enemy was the communist partisan movement under Tito. As a result, Mihajlovic left off his struggle with the German invaders by the end of 1941 and gradually developed a collaborative relationship with the Italians and Germans against the partisans. In response, the Allies switched their support to the partisans who were fighting the Germans and came to view the Chetniks as Nazi collaborators. After the occupation of Serbia by the partisans and the Soviet army, the Chetniks were hunted down. Mihajlovic went into hiding, but was captured and arrested on March 13, 1946. Found guilty of treason and collaboration, he was executed in Belgrade in 1946.

The day of the coup, Hitler issued Directive 25, which stated that the coup had changed the political situation in the Balkans. He ordered that "even if Yugoslavia at first should give declarations of loyalty, she must be considered as a foe and therefore must be destroyed as quickly as possible".

Bosnia being in between Croatia and Serbia, it doesn't seem surprising that they are genetically in-between Croats and Serbs.

But AFAIK they do seem closer from a genetical point of view to Croats

These models aren't the best, since early Slavs were like Ukrainians, not Poles, and pre-Slavic weren't exactly like Albanians, especially in northern Croatia.

btw, "Bosniak_Bosnia" includes only those from this region: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bosnia_(region), minus the Cazin region which is autosomally different.

yes. Other samples are from Prijedor and they look more Slavic, like those from central Bosnia.
also, only the Cazin/Bužim/Bihać area was called Krajina originally, the name spread eastwards later, so I think it makes sense to separate only that area.
