Regarding Mladić, he was only trialed for Srebrenica, not for his "actions" in Croatia, Posavina or Prijedor. So, justice wasn't entirerly served. Thus I'd agree Haague court is a joke.

No. They are mix in terms of origins but yes a lot share origins with Croats.

Bosniak_Bosnia represents genetic profile of NE Bosnia which has lot of old Slavonian (eastern Croatia) ancestry, they are not average for Bosniak genetics but their most Slavic/northern shifted average.

"Bosniak" represents average better (it's from capital) and there is also Bosniak_Sandzak which is much more southern/Paleo_Balkan genetically.

I thought bosniak is combined of bosniak_bosnia and bosniak sandzak. aren't sandzak bosniak just slavic albanians?

His surname doesn't sound very Croatian, more like a mixed Cro-Bos guy. I'm not pro-Bosniak, I consider them sneaky and culturally foreign although they can be warm and friendly people with lot of talents.

My grand-grandpa was very bigoted (meaning highly intolerant towards Christians) so I can't say I like Bosniaks. But again, good and bad people exist in every ethnicity, ofcourse.

They sit on a gradient. Some from Sandzak are even more Southern than the average Serb.
