Classify this weird mexican youtuber, australoid influence in NA mexicans?

This is Aimep3, a pretty bad known mexican youtuber, she seems to have weird feautures, even for NA mexicans, probably margid, but she seems to australoid.

Indigenous people with australoid features are not really weird in Mexico, but it is weird to find them in higher classes, even the ones with a stronger european heritage, like in everywhere, having australoid features seems like a cursement hahaha

Anyway, tell me, is she a clear example of australoid influence in NA, or just an ugly and fat amerindian??(even people mock her calling her "gori" a diminutive for gorilla).

She is from State of Mexico, i think Neza or Ecatepec, one of the poorest neighborhoods in CDMX metro area, her state of origin is unknown, but i think she is from Guerrero based in the way she "cooks" white pozole

She is not Californid. She is from Southern Mexico. She is just an overweight Amerindian with very strange phenotype not common.

Actually, I am 6 foot 238 pounds but I don't look fat really because I am tallish with broad shoulders etc..anyway, this thread is not about me but I can't talk smack if I looked as ugly fat as her

Ugly people exist everywhere however i have an theory that ugly people are maybe more common among recently indigenous people, since they could not have afforded to select partners just based on beauty, i think only stabilized civilizations with good agriculture and stability can afford such things, i am certain that europeans during brontze age or earlier also would have been less appealing than modern ones. Most Amerindians were more or less hunter gatherers until recently, especially smaller tribes, superficial sexual selection might not have been as common among them, the main thing for them would be to simply reproduce and have offspring. Maybe its just bullshit, but to me it would make sense.

Also native americans seem to be more prone to obesity than most other ethnic groups around the world for some reason, not sure if that is just them being poor or has a biological/genetic background. I do know they are genetically more prone to Diabetes, and this often goes hand in hand with obesity, maybe the way ther body handles excessive calories or fat is still adapted to a harsh hunter gatherer life in cold Siberia? I dunno..

This guy has a similar phenotype, he is a leader from the Oodham Tribe; However the features of the woman are more extreme and really look somewhat pseudo australoid.
