I think northern mongoloids like Chinese, Koreans, Japanese, Eskimo’s/arctic natives. Large skull, along with the rest of the body, is an adaptation to cold following Bergman’s Rule, which applies to all animals. Of the major races of humanity, I think mongoloids have the largest skulls, which is a neotenous feature. But that just applies to races, this varies widely among individuals of course.
