Both are some of the most cool european people, beautiful places, interesting history and culture, maybe I prefer Spain a bit more.

I really like Italy, I would vote for Spain because it is my country and I love it, but it is something emotional.

Both are very cultured places with an interesting thriving local folklore. I can't pick. Spanish seem a tad friendlier on the outside, whereas Italians are more reserved. Italy also seems a tad more conservative. But they are very similar in essence, even if they're so different.

Both are also very regionally diverse, but there's a Latin spirit they all share.
