Can Indians ever look like sub-Saharan Africans & Melanesians? (Minus the frizzy hair of course, but Indians often have curly hair)

Indians can't have 'kinky' hair because their AASI never had kinky hair so why would modern Indians have kinky if most modern Indians are 30-60% AASI and the rest being Iranian Neolithic farmers (Dzudzuana+ANE) and late bronze age Shintashta Indo Europe farmers from Eastern Europe?

As for 'Chinese' looking, well there is two different types East Asian ancestry in modern India. One is Yellow River farmer derived Sino Tibetan speaking groups who are genetically close to Northern Han population and there other is Austroasiatic Sundadont Yangtze rice farmer derived East Asian ancestry. If grain farming Iran_N never arrived in India or came latter to the Subcontinent, Indians would most be Munda looking people (Austroasiatic/SEA + AASI) with only the Indus periphery being significantly West Eurasian in ancestry. But that never happen in real life. What really happened was that the dry grain farming North Indic like (IranN+AASI) groups arrived on the North Ganges river plains from the west simultaneously as the ancestors of Munda rice farmers came in to the Northern Indian plains from the East but the Munda folks got pushed out by the North Indic like folks and never had any major impact on South Asian demographics except in Assam etc

People tend to think Rice farming= Higher density per Arce of land (can sustain more people on smaller lands). Interesting to the in China and India, Rice farmers got BTFO'ed from the more arid North and West by dry grain farmers. For the Chinese, it was the sinodont 75% Devil Gates-like millet farmers from the dry and cold Yellow river that become the dominant lineage although rice farmers had more obvious genetic impact in China than in India

I am not aware that there is any negroid element in India at all.

AASI was probably mixed with multiple group based on their haplogroup, it would be nice if they study more about them.
Btw its not farmers but Iranian hunter gatherer from Zagros mountains, they mix with the AASI and their offspiring created farming:

They were a later migration of farmer from Iran, but the difference with Iranian HG, it's those farmers have Anatolian DNA. All Indian (including Adivasi/tribal group) have Anatolian DNA.

south asians usually have straight/wavy hair for the most part just like most west eurasian populations, though definitely tilted more towards wavy than the western groups.

Some tribal indians do look pseudo SSA, mostly the central indian tribals give me those vibes. Then there's the andamanese as well who would like quite SSA to an average person.

Many indians look pseudo melanesian/papuan like imo.

European, very very rarely.

Chinese, yeah mostly in the northeast and some in the himalayan region, but their population is fairly low.

Negroid-looking: Andaman islanders. They even have kinky hair. But they're genetically quite distant from mainland indians. Eastern Indian tribals can also sort of resemble negroids sometimes.

Chinese-Looking: Mongoloids are found all along the himalayas from laddakh to nagaland in India. Nepal and Bhutan are two SA countries that are predominantly mongoloid.

European-looking: Nuristanis in north pakistan are as white as white gets in south Asia. Nordic/depigmented type indids can be found deeper into the subcontinent as well occasionally.
