You can see she is European, looks Faelid tbh but more like a rugged prototype of that.
Imo these people were clearly not as good looking and beautiful as modern europeans, however back then she might have been among the better looking ones. I think over the years and abandoning hunter gathere and more stabilized lifestyle due to agriculture caused a change in sexual selection, people would now select more for appealing traits. I think gracilization generally also comes from this.
