The lips (especially his lower lip) are outward-ish. I've never seen a Brit with outward-ish lips. That's clearly a Mid-Eastern feature, which may be found in Iberia, albeit in small proportions, due to the Islamic conquest of Iberia which lasted until reconquista, where some of the MENAs remained there as they converted to Christianity.
