Her surname must be a bastardization from Ciarallo...Wich is of course Italian and the Cia reads as Cha in Portuguese, the two L read as an accentuated L, not as Lh (that is only in Spanish). Something went wrong with the register of the name when her ancestors moved to Brazil, often those immigrants were peasants/ farmers who did not knew how to write, so these kind of mistakes happened alot in the old day... or the guys who had that job at the register office just thought it was funny to mess around with the name.
Anyway 7/10... she's hot but looks kind of vulgar/cheap.

That happened too many times here in Brazil, because of many reasons: like you said some immigrants were just rural people, also brazilians had no idea how to write some of these non portuguese names in the register or maybe even these names are version of the XIX century.
