East med is a term i've questioned many times and has been misused very often but there are some people that do fit this very vague category. And I think this man is one of them.

Idk what you mean with "projecting insecurities" but I got better stuff to do than get into an argument with you. Good day.

show me plate or any realistic reference where people could objectivly understand it. Saying East Med means he looks more closer to a Kurd or Israeli than Spain which is ridicolous. The truth is they exist though, thats why people invented that term or use it as something between Southwesteuro and Arabo-Semitic looking. Albeit i think on this boards most people have no clue how MENA even look outside of a few overused stereotypes

East Med looks just mediterranean to me, it occurs in those areas but people who look East Med don't have to look Middle Eastern. Julius Evola was called East Med by many and he doesn't have an orientalid look. Michael Imperioli on the other hand was called East Med, looks eastern and it isn't incorrect but Armenoid influence is very strong in him to be just East Med. Frank Sivero looks "East Med" and he does have the eastern look you said, but could be just Taurid influence. It's quite variable, unespecific and just odd.

Just any dolichoid sharp but unrobust med guy from Sicily, Greece, Anatolia or the Levant gets called East Med really. It's an enigma. The phenotype we all know of but also don't know of.

Classic-med like this guy from Tinos, Eugene Pittard chose to represent the Apollonian ideal.

Obviously, this is just the type pagans idolized, when Angel found that the forehead nose continuity was a rare feature.

No ancient Greek philosopher looked like that,

    From Dinaro-Alpines like

    Plato

    and Aristotle

    To the Dinaro-med Epicurus

Rightfully so since types like the OP are usually shorter and ectomorphic, the Justin Bieber ideal of antiquity.
