It's up to the Scots. They will get to vote on it eventually and they did vote in 2014 and it was narrowly rejected. The change now is Brexit not sure whether more Scots would vote to leave the UK due to this but it seems the younger Scots are more in favour of leaving the UK. Also Northern Ireland isn't going to happen in the short term. Even if there was a vote (which isn't going to happen in the immediate future) there would need to be a lot of preparation. If there was a vote in NI it can only be called by the Secretary of State if they believed there was a majority wanting to leave the UK. This is not the case at the moment. There would also have to be a reciprocal vote in Ireland on whether they would want the North to become part of the Irish State.
I think it will all depend on how the UK does economically in the next few years being out of the EU. I think most people vote now with their pockets. It is a completely different situation than when the 26 counties of Ireland gained independence nearly 100 years ago.
