Dutch for the most part (those who look western).

Difference is Scandinavians and Dutch are noble Nordids, Finns are Broadskull Chads Seriously check even our footy team at euroes. All pure Finns are broadskull chads.

Dutch have much Keltic and Atlantid admix which Scandos often lack.

But there are differences between the Scandos too

To the Dutch, I mean new Swedish and new Noewegians --> Morrocans more similar to Somalis or/and Iraqi folks, Finland is more Russian in that case (at least as I know from YT)

I made morphs of teams in UEFA Euro 2020 where I excluded black players and players with a foreign-sounding name. I think the Dutch morph looks closer to the Swedish morph than the Finnish morph:



However I found relatively pure representatives of both the Noble Nordid type and the East Baltid Broadskull type in all three teams. (Broadskulls are 2x Finnish, 1x Dutch, and 2x Swedish; nobles are 1x Finnish, 2x Dutch, and 2x Swedish.)

Yes, the Dutch have more overall Keltic and Atlantid. I think in a morphological sense there would be more overlap between Dutch and Scandinavians, than with Finns and other Scandinavians.
