When I was 12, Rebels, as an adult, Empire. Being able to play as the Empire in Star Wars consol games doesn't help

Galactic Empire all the way. It is a chaotic and dangerous galaxy out there, and the only way to handle it (or even survive such a hostile environment) is with an iron fist.

I agree, think you start to when you get older. Alderaan was beyond wrong, but it was shoehorned into the plot.

If there is no rebellion, everyone just gets on with their lives, if there is, random bombings and chaos
