what's with the Irish score

overall 52% Northern, 48% Southern. different from all other calculators, this shows no non-Euro to me

Surprised that West Slavic is almost leading.

It's because Greece & Balkans is a very Southern category on FTDNA, so the algorithm tries to overcompensate with something Northern. I saw Greece & Balkans at 99% in one Greek and in one Central Bulgarian 92% Greek&Balkan and 8% Baltic.
Theoretically, some Romanians could reach into 90% if Bulgarians do. It just happens that I do not match them or maybe I do but I haven't got to them yet.

I'd interpret it as just Northern, but shifted to the West instead of East. Basically like North Atlantic vs Baltic on K13.

More than 52% imo, because Baltic and Ireland should be more Northern than West Slavic. But then you also score Italian Peninsula, which I read peaks in Sicilians, so maybe that balances it.

I only added the scores there. also, Northern in the sense Eurogenes uses, anything north of Alps/Carpathians, it includes West Slavs/East Slavs as well
