While Im not against what you propose, Ive been on a vBulletin board before, and sometimes the posts were multiple paragraphs long. Im not even aiming to record entire books. Our ancestors went through far worse (such as world wars, building skyscrapers 150 m above ground, without a welfare state ( I oppose idea of workers having NO protections and safety standards btw)
I apologize if I come across as preachy and self righteous, and Im not saying your pathetic in particular, I just think we need to have more faith in our people.

Okay time for the 1st Branch of the Mabinogion highlights:
1. Right off the bat it seems GRRM (of a Song of Ice and Fire fame) directly borrowed from the very first paragraph of the Mabinogion and the symbolism of the wolfs and the stags ( Jon’s direwolf Ghost only difference red eyes of ASOIAF and red ears in Mabinogion.)
2. Did a higher ranking person in the feudal order ( Arawn) of the medevial era put there responsibilities to a lower ranking person like Pywll? Was this “a thing”?
3. Pywll is a good bro. All the year Arawan was away he never even looked at his wife. Damn what a man.
4. What I notice through Mabinogion is the chracters say God rather than a pantheon. So this does have post Christian influence yes or was Wales monotheistic?

You cannot divorce Christianity from Europe. Christianity brought civilization to the European peoples, along with many other benefits including unification of tribal factions, and other benefits too many to list. Europe is fundamentally Christian at its very core, regardless of the current wave of secularist corruption.

To a certain extent, sure. But modern civilization under Christianity is /was still a few steps higher than what existed in the south. I mean... we don't indulge nowadays at seeing gladiators fight to the death with each other and wild animals in the coliseum, do we? Although for sure, if we are looking at the corruption that is currently affecting the West, this becomes less clear-cut. But that is due to the influences of Communism and other abominations.
