    Default Sucuk

Did you ever wake up, beeing in you bed and then there is the great smell of thousand and one nights? Then probably you are a lucky Turkish child and your mother is making the best sausage in the world: Sucuk. The sound of spitting sucuk in the pan is the best thing after the smell before you can eat this bomb of spices, meat and love. For me personally, sucuk is an integral part of every Turkish breakfast, make it like you want it, my favorite way is sucuk with eggs. But sucuk wouldn’t be sucuk if you couldn’t use it for other dishes, nowadays very classical on pizza, and trust me, you will feel how the Italian and Turkish part make love on your taste buds. If a pizzeria does not offer pizza with sucuk it is not a pizzeria. Buy it, eat it and experience how your serotonin level will increase rapidly.

Are you doing this on purpose?! Enough is enough! There is no even hazelnut butter in Canada let alone sucuk, ayran etc. Stop it.

Uk it is easy to get all of the stuff you mentioned at any “European” store, but ayran is sold at major supermarkets even.

I don't understand why in North America, there is no hazelnut butter but only peanut butter and Nutella. I hate peanuts.

    Homoerotic name for sausage.

No worse than black pudding, I guess.
Nine out of ten concerns are completely unfounded.

Thanks! I only saw expensive imported Italian hazelnut butter on amazon. Not this one. But I can't find it in any supermarket though. Maybe it's not very common but there are here and there.
