With YDNA, it's very rare ofcourse. It won't be detected with auDNA since it's a fraction or even less than that.

You speak facts Eline but you should factor that some can speak both Aramaic and Arabic. Though the Arab dialect in Lebanon has a lot of Aramaic loanwords.

Nope. Arab Muslim colonizers (including Levantine Muslims) never considered indigenous Levantine Christians as their own. In fact, they persecuted Christians for being both Christians AND non-Arabs. Now that they have almost completely decimated the Christians, they have the audacity to say that being Arab doesn’t mean being Muslim and there’s Christian Arabs, Arab Jews etc just to portray themselves as ‘diverse’ and ‘tolerant’ to the West.
