Most of the Midwest... And some Rocky mountain states like Wyoming...which in fact are far better then the liberal shithole like New York and California.

Tatarstan overrated, nearby Udmurtia and Samara underrated. Novosibirsk overrated, nearby Tomsk underrated. Ekaterinburg overrated as fuck, they monopolised Ural identity, so we inhabitants of nearby territories began to seek ther own instead of uralic. Territory from Russian North to Kostroma and Vyatka underrated, in 20th century their towns with big historical heritage became depressive shitholes.

Overrated: California (Neoliberal shithole with high crime, bad air quality and hot, smog-ridden humid summers. Only Northern California has the nice weather you constantly hear about on television)

Underrated: Alaska, Minnesota and The Rockies

the Ultra-Overrated french riviera and the Mediterranean shore,it's archi polluated with very bad air quality with an hammered heat,best spot for skin cancer

but we,the french are cheating a bit, because we are the 2nd,you read well,the 2nd marine space of the world (second marine empire worldwide) just behind the USA with spots like this for ex in the french guyana

or ,and a bit colder,Saint Pierre and Miquelon archipel, on the north american continent near of canada

Underrated: Asturias, Cantabria, Galicia, Castilla y Leon and Aragon
I will not say which ones are overrated since it is evident and it would be very tiring to repeat it

Both are lakes, Bled is a very populat tourist destination, while Bohinj is a hidden gem a mere 20minute drive further.

But a significant reason why Bohinj is so beautiful is because there's way less tourists.
So I don't mind it being underrated.
It helps preserve it.

Can confirm. Visited both few weeks ago. Both are fantastic, but I liked Bohinj more. Especially the shores that are beach like unlike Bled plus notably more clear water.

Underrated: Bahia, Centro-Oeste as whole and Pará & Amazonas
Overrated: RJ (Thats classic bruh), SP its not that good but isnt that bad also so idk, Ceará (VERY VERY VERY dangerous place with ok beaches compared to others places in NE)

Minas is the best state, good nature, good clime, safe, calm and with a cool culture (basically the transition of NE to SE)

Yeah just as Jingle Bell said Rio is one of the most overrated places of Brazil. Dangerous, incredibly ingrained with crime syndicates and corrupt defense forces, rampant unequality. Also it's not that good anymore even in what characterized it back in the day. The football is not as good as Sao Paulo's, it's not the cultural center of Brazil for a long while now and it's just a shithole, with all respect for any Rio-based user here.

Also other than the ones he mentioned, I think the interior of Santa Catarina should be more noticed. While not as charming as the coast, it's a lot better to live and has a lot of natural and man-made beauty.
