Are Uyghurs modern day descendants of Tocharians?

Well, in a similiar manner that modern day Mexicans are descendants of Aztecs. Tocharians are partially their ancestors, sure, although the most of their ancestors were Turkic plus they speak a Turkic language and look more like Turkic people.
