Probably the best documentary ever about Napoleon's Invasion of Russia:

Napoleon's only mistake was invading Russia instead of Perfidious Albion. London would be French-speaking today.

That is a legitimate question. If he got to the capital first, which was St. Petersburg, it would be much easier because he'd move by the coasts of the Baltic, and then, he could march to Moskva.
