He looks more Spanish, out of a population of 40 million there are probably as many Spaniards who look like him as there are Irishmen who look like him, i mean he looks more southern English or North French anyway and his look is not one i would associate as being that common in Ireland.

I wonder if there is anything verifiable about his Spanish citizenship. He has an American and Irish passport but I have never seen anything about Spanish citizenship other than he has a Spanish father. He could have but is there anything online that says he has actual Spanish citizenship other than the fact that he is half Spanish?

Paper has his mother's surname incorrect as it is Phelan not Sullivan.

It's not a bit deal but I would be interested to know if he has a Spanish passport.

In my humble opinion, Martin Sheen is a blend of both, with a slightly more Keltic (Irish) look to him. However, he is still not that typically pale or freckled complected, Brunn - looking Irish folk.
