Sure!! They pass very well in Fortaleza.
Ceará it’s a state with a lot of Euro-pardos too, and quite low SSA contribution compared to many other parts of the NE.

I would say they cant, maybe as some class related group or some specific area. But people in Southeast as whole look more white.

Yes, you are right for sure! In Southeast they only would pass in some pockets but as very uncommon probably….

As a group they can only pass in the upper class. In the upper-middle class we have euro phenotypes too but they're not the majority.
